Why is my distortion pedal running out of batteries so fast?
I just bought it last week, it's the BOSS DS-1. First the batteries ran out after two days and I replaced it, just thinking it was the batteries fault and used a different brand. I use it about two hours per day. But after another two days it seems to be out of batteries again. Could I be doing something wrong? Or is it the distortion pedal? It would help me greatly if anyone answered!
Make sure to unplug from the pedals. I was having the same problem when I decided to switch to batteries and they kept dying within a couple days. You can leave the cable plugged in the "out", but unplug from the "in".
