I can't decide which double pedal to buy: the DW 5002TD3 or the Tama Iron Cobra...?
It's a present I have to buy, between the 'DW 5002TD3 Turbo Chain-Drive Double Pedal' or the 'Tama Iron Cobra Power Glide Twin Pedal'.
I would like to know PROS and CONS to these double pedals.
No answers like:"Oh, (DW, Tama) is the best brand! The other one sucks"
I want to know the reasons.
The gift is for an experienced drummer, that plays from funk and blues to heavy, thrash and death metal.
(From last double pedals he had, one of the pedals broke in half...)

dw pedals r tough.. but even so.. if the drummer is tough the stuff will break.
